We recommend placing orders 1 month in advance to ensure availability. 50% deposit is due at the time reservation. We take credit cards, check or money orders. Credit Cards will be charged 4% processing fee. Personal Checks also accepted, orders will not be processed until check clears. Payment in full is due no later than 2 weeks prior to delivery. We can ship orders out 2 weeks in advance if chair covers are available. You may call in directly to have your order taken over the phone at 704-483-9817. If you place your order online a customer service representative will contact you to confirm your order. Once you have placed an order, we will send you a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned to us promptly. No order will be processed or delivered without this signed agreement. Two weeks before your event date one of our representatives will contact you for a final count of your order Shipping We us USPS Priority Mail and a tracking number will be provided. Your order will arrive 2-3 days prior to your event. We can ship to banquet hall or facility where the event will take place. We are not able to install or remove the chair covers at your event if the event is out of state. However, we might be able to accommodate your needs if the event is with in 20-50 miles of charlotte. Please call us to place this special request. Additional charges apply. The customer has 24 hours after delivery to location to call for any discrepancies with the number, style, material, or color. We can correct any discrepancies if contacted within 24 hours. If however, you do not call us within 24 hours of receiving the order we will not have time to correct problem in time for your event. Return of Rental Items- Return Labels are in one of the boxes sent. It is the customer?s responsibility to box up and return chair covers Priority Mail or UPS 2 day. The rented items must be shipped 2 business days after the event. Please have all items boxed and taped with boxes labeled with our name and address. Folding or laundering chair covers is not necessary. However, the rental items must be dry and free of food debris prior to boxing. Any item packed damp is subject to mildew, which could incur replacement fees. Late Return Fees Because our company rents chair covers to other customers it is vital the orders be shipped back on time. We need enough time to have items laundered and sent out to the next renter. A late return fee of 15% of the rental agreement will be charged if not returned by agreement
